📋 Minimum Selection Criteria:

• Ex James Ruse HS, North Sydney Boys HS, North Sydney Girls HS, Baulkham Hills HS, Sydney Boys HS, Sydney Girls HS, Hornsby Girls HS or Normanhurst Boys HS
• 98+ ATAR or Band 6 HSC Advanced English
• Prior experience teaching OC, Selective, or High School English

You will be part of ensuring that NL English Academy students receive quality feedback for papers in a timely manner.

📋 Minimum Selection Criteria:

• Excellent attention to detail, consistency and communication skills

Faculty Lead [CLOSED]

[Remote + Progressive Bands]

Faculty Leads manage the teaching quality, satisfaction & retention outcomes across a subordinate pod of tutors. Build genuine leadership experience to help NL English Academy tutors reach their full teaching potential.

📋 Desirable Qualifications:

• Currently qualified or aspiring Primary or Secondary Education teacher
• An experienced tutor with long term aspirations in continued tutoring or mentorship
• Prior experience leading a faculty, stage, committee, or team
• Familiarity with OC and Selective entry frameworks, or Secondary English expertise

Resourcing Lead [CLOSED]

[Remote + Project Based]

You will be part of leading our course material development, by updating relevant, engaging, high-quality course material in line with the NL English Academy curriculum.

📋 Minimum Selection Criteria:

• Previously attended a Selective High School (preferred B6 English Adv.)
• Strong organisational skills to reliably meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, quality of care & communication skills
• Ability to work independently
